Start your weekend off with an exclusive tasting of 12 rare and exquisite champagnes. Tyson Stelzer will guide you through an unforgettable evening, offering insights into some of the finest champagnes in the world. The evening begins at 7 pm and includes comparative tasting of the
two 1982 - & recently arrived - piper Heidsieck Hors-Serie and Sauvage. To follow, we have 5 of Piper Heidsieck’s “Rare” Champagnes -the world’s most awarded Champagne in which the last of the “Rare” 2008 750ml and Magnums.

Saturday, June 1st: The 2024 Champagne Extravaganza!
The celebration continues with our Champagne Extravaganza on Saturday. Tyson Stelzer will once again be your host for the evening, which promises to be an opulent affair featuring a selection 16 Champagnes –The Most Famous, The Greatest, The Best Reviewed. The event starts at 7 pm and includes a five-course degustation. A Signed Copy of the Tyson Stelzer Champagne Guide Edition VII, valued at $120, is included with each two tickets. (With a $50 surcharge per single ticket)
